by adding, using, or interacting with crayzbot (“the bot”), you agree to these terms of service (“terms”). if you do not agree, do not add or use the bot.

1. definitions

• user / you — anyone using crayzbot on a discord server.
• bot / service — crayzbot and its commands, features, or premium content.
• developer — crayzbot owner/operator.
• server — a discord server where the bot is added.

2. acceptance of terms

by using crayzbot, you agree to follow these terms, follow discord’s terms of service and community guidelines, and use crayzbot only as intended. if you don’t agree, do not use crayzbot.

3. changes to terms

we may update these terms at any time. the latest version will always be posted on this site. using crayzbot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

4. user conduct

• no illegal activity, hacking, reverse engineering, or modifying the bot.
• no spamming, harassment, or harming other users.
• all users must follow discord rules.

5. intellectual property

• crayzbot, its code, assets, and content are owned by the developer.
• you may use crayzbot only as intended.
• you may not copy, share, or modify it without permission.

6. data collection & privacy

crayzbot collects minimal data needed for functionality:

• server ids, role ids, and server-specific settings.
• temporary references to users and optional message content only while executing the relevant feature (e.g., a role-change command). users should not send personal information through the bot.

no sensitive data such as passwords, personal messages, or financial info is collected.

7. premium & payments

premium features are optional. payment is handled externally (paypal, buymeacoffee, etc.). refunds are at the developer’s discretion. premium access may be suspended for non-payment or terms violations.

8. server & user responsibility

server owners must configure and supervise the server; all users must follow these terms and discord’s rules.

9. termination & shutdown

developer may suspend or terminate your access or the bot itself at any time, for any reason. stored data may be deleted upon removal. users must stop using the bot upon termination.

10. disclaimers & liability

use the bot at your own risk. developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot.

11. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of california, usa.
